Care & Materials

Keep away from excessive heat, hot vehicles, stovetops, and prolonged direct sunlight. PLA may soften above approximately 140°F / 60°C.

Clean with a soft, dry or slightly damp cloth. Store in a cool, dry place and handle with care. Minor layer lines or stringing can be normal characteristics of 3D printing.

Graphics Upload

Please upload the correct, ready-to-use file:

  • Logos: SVG (.svg) or Adobe Illustrator (.ai) only. Must be true vector artwork with fonts converted to outlines. No PNG logos.
  • Photos and printed graphics: PNG (.png) only, where allowed in the product listing.
  • 3D models: STL (.stl) only, for custom 3D-printing orders.

JPG/JPEG files and screenshots are not accepted. Saving a PNG or JPG inside a vector file does not make it vector artwork.

We do not edit, fix, trace, convert files, or remove backgrounds. Please ask your designer for the correct file before ordering.

Incorrect files will place your item on hold until you provide a suitable replacement. This may delay your order.

Only upload artwork you own or have permission for awillc.shop to reproduce. We may request proof of permission and decline unauthorized designs.
