Return and Refund Policy

This Return and Refund Policy (“Policy”) applies to all purchases made through AWILLC.SHOP. By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. General Policy

• All products sold by AWILLC.SHOP are handmade and personalized.
• Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final.
• Refunds, returns, and exchanges are not permitted except as expressly stated in this Policy.

2. Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items

• Personalized and custom-made products are non-returnable and non-refundable.
• Sale items are final sale and not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.
• No price adjustments will be issued on prior purchases.

3. Order Cancellations

• Orders cannot be canceled once placed, as production begins immediately.
• AWILLC.SHOP may cancel any order, at its discretion, if it:
  • Contains inappropriate, offensive, or unlawful content;
  • Includes copyrighted or trademarked material without authorization; or
  • Involves suspected fraud.

4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

• Inspect your order immediately upon delivery.
• If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, email hello@awillc.shop within 48 hours of delivery with:
  • Your order number;
  • Photos clearly showing the issue; and
  • A brief description of the problem.
• Claims submitted after 48 hours will not be honored.
• Upon verification, AWILLC.SHOP will, at its sole discretion, provide either a replacement or a refund of the purchase price.

5. Shipping Issues

• Once a carrier accepts your package, AWILLC.SHOP is not responsible for packages lost, stolen, marked delivered, or delayed in transit.
• If you require additional shipping insurance, email hello@awillc.shop before placing your order.

6. Governing Law

This Policy is governed by the laws of the United States and applicable state laws where AWILLC.SHOP operates.
