What does awillc.shop make?

awillc.shop is the online store for Aged With Imperfections LLC, a Colorado maker studio offering personalized gifts, laser engraving, 3D printed items, and printing services. Product options and specifications are listed on each product page.

Do you sell STL files?

No, we do not sell STL files. We hold commercial licenses to produce and sell the physical 3D printed products in our shop.

How do I personalize an item?

Choose the available options on the product page and enter the requested personalization before adding the item to your cart. Check names, spelling, and selected options carefully before checkout. Personalization options vary by product. If you need help with a design or option, email hello@awillc.shop before ordering.

How long will it take to make my order?

Items are made to order. Please allow up to two weeks for production from the time your order is placed, excluding weekends and holidays, plus shipping time. Your order may be ready sooner, but plan for the full production window. Turnaround times may vary during busy seasons; check the product page for item-specific information.

Does the production time include shipping?

No. Production time is the time needed to make your items before they ship. Carrier transit time is additional. Shipping methods and charges are shown at checkout. Read the Shipping Policy for full details.

Can I order a gift for a specific date?

Email hello@awillc.shop before placing your order if you need it for a particular occasion. Include the product, quantity, and date needed so timing can be checked. Allow time for both production and delivery.

Where do you ship, and how much does shipping cost?

Shipping is currently available within the United States. Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the weight, size, and destination of your order. Available shipping methods are displayed before payment.

How do I track my order?

A tracking notification is sent by email when your order ships. Use the tracking information in that message to follow your delivery. For help with an order, email hello@awillc.shop and include your order number.

Can I upload my own artwork or business logo?

For products that offer artwork uploads, submit the actual, highest-quality, print-ready file. Accepted formats include high-resolution PNG, SVG, Adobe Illustrator (.AI), and STL for 3D print files, as applicable to the product. Logos must be supplied in SVG vector format. Screenshots and website links are not accepted as artwork. Files are not altered, resized, or edited; if a file is unusable, you will be contacted for an alternative. See the Graphics Upload Policy.

Can I use copyrighted artwork or branded designs?

Only submit artwork, logos, or designs you own or have permission to reproduce. Copyrighted, trademarked, or licensed material requires proof of ownership or authorization. See the Graphics Upload Policy before submitting your files.

Can I cancel, return, or exchange my order?

Under the store’s current Return and Refund Policy, orders cannot be canceled once placed, and personalized or custom-made products are non-returnable and non-refundable except as stated in that policy. Sale items are final sale. Review all personalization details before placing your order.

What should I do if my item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect?

Inspect your order upon delivery. Email hello@awillc.shop within 48 hours of delivery with your order number, clear photos, and a brief description of the issue. Your concern will be reviewed under the Return and Refund Policy.

How do I care for 3D printed items?

Keep PLA items away from high heat, hot vehicles, and prolonged direct sunlight; PLA may begin to soften above 140°F (60°C). Clean with a soft, dry or slightly damp cloth. Store in a cool, dry place and handle with care. Minor layer lines, ridges, or stringing are normal characteristics of 3D printing. Follow any additional care instructions on the product page.

What can I put in a 3D printed gift box?

Depending on its size and shape, a 3D printed gift box can be filled with pencils, florals, wrapped treats, small gifts, or other goodies. Check the product description for dimensions and what is included.
