This Shipping Policy (“Policy”) governs the shipment, delivery, and associated responsibilities for orders placed through AWILLC.SHOP (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By placing an order, you (“Customer,” “you,” or “your”) agree to the terms outlined below.
1. General Policy
- All products are made to order. Standard production time is up to two (2) weeks prior to shipment.
- Orders will not be shipped until production is complete. Turnaround times may vary during high-volume seasons or due to unforeseen circumstances.
2. Shipping Methods and Rates
- Multiple shipping methods are available at checkout.
- Rates are automatically calculated based on the weight, size, and destination of the order.
- We currently ship exclusively within the United States.
3. Tracking and Delivery
- Customers will receive a tracking notification via email once their order has shipped.
- It is the customer’s responsibility to monitor and track the shipment using the provided tracking information.
- AWILLC.SHOP is not responsible for packages confirmed by the carrier as delivered, lost, stolen, or delayed in transit.
4. Insurance
- Additional shipping insurance is not included by default.
- If you require additional insurance, you must contact hello@awillc.shop prior to placing your order.
5. Holiday and Peak Season Delays
- During holidays and other high-volume periods, carriers may experience unexpected delays beyond our control.
- Customers are encouraged to place orders well in advance of special occasions.
- No refunds or cancellations will be issued for delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
6. Risk of Loss
Title and risk of loss transfer to the customer once the package is accepted by the shipping carrier.
