Expertly crafted with one-sided cast acrylic, our Blank Acrylic Sublimation Keychains boast a glass-like gloss. The back is specially designed for perfect image sublimation, with the option for sample material to test.

Before you Press

1. Read stickers so you can press on the correct side
2. Remove stickers
3. Heat press pressure check your blank
4. Use protective paper on top and bottom

Supplies needed

• Sublimation transfer
• Protective paper
• Heat tape
• Paper Towels
• Heavy object to reduce warping
• Heat protecting gloves

Assembly

• Don't Mirror you image
• Remove the protective film on the print side only
• Put down paper towel & protective paper
• Place transfer face down to the substrate print side
• Substrate should be faced up
• Avoid taping to the front it will leave marks
• Cover with protective paper
• Caution tape will be hot when it's complete

Suggested heat settings

• Time: 120 seconds
• Temperature: 356° F
• Pressure: Med/Heavy
• Protective gloves to avoid fingerprints
• Use heavy object immediately(Image side up)
• Cold peel front protective layer
