  • Includes 4 magnetic bottom riser blocks for stability and elevation
  • Designed to assist with flashbacks during cutting
  • Auto Focus is not recommended when using riser blocks
  • These riser blocks work best with materials under 12 inches in width. Larger or heavier materials may sag in the middle without additional support
  • Glowforge users: Please remove the crumb tray before use for proper alignment and fit

  • Keep your item out of hot cars, direct sunlight for extended periods, or near stovetops and other heat sources.
  • PLA is a plant-based plastic and may begin to soften at temperatures above 60°C (140°F).
  • Store in a cool, dry place.
  • Use with care—items are durable, but not unbreakable.
  • We use the latest techniques and technology to deliver prints that are accurate, consistent and durable. All of our prints are subject to small imperfections, ridges, stringing and so on. This will not affect overall functionality.

  • Ownership Required – Only upload graphics, artwork, or logos you own or have full rights to use.
  • High-Resolution Images – Upload the highest quality file for the best engraving, printing, or laser results.
  • No Editing Services – Files must be print-ready. We do not alter, resize, or edit customer graphics.
  • No Screenshots or Links – Upload the actual file. Screenshots and copied images from websites will be rejected.
  • Email Notification – If your file is unusable, we’ll contact you to provide an alternative.
  • Permission to Use – By uploading, you grant AWILLC.SHOP permission to use your file to create your product.

📂 Accepted File Types for Personalized Designs

  • PNG (High Resolution)

  • SVG (Vector Format – Required for Logos)

  • Adobe Illustrator (.AI)

  • STL (3D Print File)
