Off Season

All orders will receive notification when tracking is available. It is your responsibility to track your order! We will not assume responsibility if one of our courier confirms your order as delivered lost, stolen, or stuck in transit delays. You will need to contact your courier of choice. If your requiring additional insurance please contact the shop BEFORE you confirm your order.

Busy Holiday Season

I encourage you to order ahead of time. I can't guarantee your gifts will arrive within the schedule time. High volume and unexpected circumstances can occur beyond any of my control. Understandably, no refunds can be issued for delayed due to weather conditions or any unforeseen circumstance with any of the carriers. I appreciate your understanding.
