When placing a personalized order with AWILLC.SHOP, please follow these upload guidelines to ensure your design is made with the best quality possible.

✅ Upload Guidelines for Custom Graphics

• Ownership Required – Only upload graphics, artwork, or logos you own or have full rights to use.
• High-Resolution Images – Upload the highest quality file for the best engraving, printing, or laser results.
• No Editing Services – Files must be print-ready. We do not alter, resize, or edit customer graphics.
• No Screenshots or Links – Upload the actual file. Screenshots and copied images from websites will be rejected.
• Email Notification – If your file is unusable, we’ll contact you to provide an alternative.
• Permission to Use – By uploading, you grant AWILLC.SHOP permission to use your file to create your product.

📂 Accepted File Types for Personalized Designs

• PNG (High Resolution)

• SVG (Vector Format – Required for Logos)

• Adobe Illustrator (.AI)

• STL (3D Print File)

• Orders with copyrighted or trademarked materials will be canceled immediately.
